Establishment of integrated concepts of physiology through multi-system comprehensive experiments

多系统综合性生理学实验是在设定的实验条件下,观察实验动物不同系统生理功能的变化以及相互之间的联系和影响。开设多系统综合性生理学实验课程,有利于培养医学生整合生理学观念。实验内容可以包括教师设计和学生自主设计两部分,根据实验设计,灵活调整学时设置,保证学生有充足的时间进行实验操作和项目观察。课程评价体系要多元化,包括实验设计能力评价、实验操作能力评价以及实验结果分析能力评价等。作为课程延伸,教师可以引导学生在实验设计时具备一定的探索性和创新性,鼓励和支持学生积极参加各类型科研基金项目的申请。

Multi-system comprehensive experiments in physiology means observing the function changes of different systems of animals under a setting condition in which medical students could find the links among them so as to establish the concepts of integrated physiology. The experiment schemes could be collected from teachers and students and the class hours should be appropriately adjusted to ensure the students sufficient time to perform experiments and make observations. The evaluation system should be diversified which includes the evaluation of design ability,operation ability and analysis ability. As an extension of the course,teachers may encourage students to design the experiments innovatively and apply for research projects actively.
