Initial Exploration on the Investigation Paths of Theft Cases in High-speed Train

高铁动车盗窃案件主要有拎包和洗包等类型,具有案值大、流窜作案、盗窃过程随机且迅速等特点。高铁动车的自身特点、作案人作案逃逸迅速和此类案件犯罪现场易被破坏、证据收集困难等因素给高铁动车盗窃案件的侦破带来难题。要坚持现场必勘、最大限度发挥现有视频侦查的作用、加强高危人员的分析研判和坚持完善"以地保车、站车结合"的案件侦办机制等途径实现此类案件的侦破。
