"囚徒的困境"是博弈论的经典模型"利益的二难选择"在侦查讯问活动中的运用。通过对"囚徒的困境"模型的全面分析,从中总结出该模型应用于侦查讯问的基础条件,并结合我国目前的法律制度,构思出以"囚徒的困境"为背景的侦查讯问博弈策略,从而丰富侦查讯问的理论研究,提高案件的侦办效率。

＂Prisoner＇s dilemma＂is the application of the＂two difficult choices of interests＂which is the classical model of game theory in investigative interrogation. Through the complete analysis of the＂prisoner＇s dilemma＂,the author summed up the basic conditions of the model to be used in investigative interrogation,and designed the game tactics of investigative interrogation with the＂prisoner＇s dilemma＂as the background after combining the current legal system of our country so as to enrich the theoretical research of investigative interrogation and improve the efficiency of case investigation.
