摘要 汉钢2 280 m^3高炉积极应对焦炭质量下降的不利条件,通过对焦炭按质量进行分类,合理搭配,优化高炉操作制度、上下部调剂相结合,围绕高炉,强化外围管理等方面着手,实现了高炉的长期稳定顺行的目标,并取得了相对理想的经济技术指标。 2 280 m3 blast furnace of han steel positive response to the decrease of the quality of the coke, through the study of the classification of coke in accordance with the quality, the reasonable collocation, to optimize the top and bottom of blast furnace operation system, adjust the combination of around the blast furnace, the aspects of strengthening the manage- ment of peripheral, achieve the long-term stability of the blast furnace anterograde targets, and obtained a relatively ideal e- conomic and technical index.
