原子荧光光谱法测定镍钴渣中锗含量

Determination of Trace Germanium in Nickel-Cobalt Slag by Using Atomic Fluorescence Spectrometry

摘要 镍钴渣样品用HNO_3、H_2SO_4-H_3PO_4、HF混合酸加热处理,采用原子荧光光谱测定镍钴渣中锗的含量。为了优化测定条件,研究了介质酸度、硫脲-抗坏血酸用量、还原时间、硼氢化钾浓度以及共存元素的干扰对锗荧光强度的影响。结果表明,该方法快速、简便,有较高的精密度、准确度。 Nickel-cobalt slag was dissolved in HNO3 ,H2SO4-H3PO4 ,HF mixed acid by the traditional method and germanium was determined by using atomic fluorescence spectrometry in dilute phosphoric acid medium. To optimize the analytical conditions, four important parameters of the fluorescence intensity were examined in detail, such as acidity, thiourea-aseorhie acid content, reduction time, potassium borohydride concentration. The effect of co-existent elements is also investigated. The method shows simple and rapid, higher precision and accuracy.
