摘要
针对西成铁路海东南山隧道TISZ-24深孔钻遇水敏性、膨胀性、易剥落、坍塌复杂地层时岩心采取率低、钻孔缩径现象严重等难题,从改进取心工艺和冲洗液两方面进行了尝试。TISZ-24报废钻孔挪位重新施工后,施工效率和质量有很大的提高,相应的对类似地层施工积累了经验。
Aiming at the Western Railway Haidong Nanshan tunnel TISZ-24 deep hole drilling water sensitivity, swelling, easy peeling, low core recovery, borehole shrinkage phenomenon serious problems such as the collapse of complex formation, from the improvement of coring technology and two washing are carried out. After the construction of TISZ-24 abandoned drilling and relocation, the construction efficiency and quality have been greatly improved, and corresponding experience has been accumulated in similar stratum construction.
