摘要
目的观察强骨胶囊配合运动疗法在临床治疗原发性骨质疏松症中的临床疗效。方法采用随机对照研究方法,选取符合诊断标准的2015年3月至2016年9月间郑州市骨科医院住院的原发性骨质疏松症患者110例,其中治疗组56例,对照组54例。治疗组为每日口服强骨胶囊,配合快步走运动30 min+负重小燕飞功能锻炼10 min(即双踝各带1 kg沙袋),运动频率为每周4次;对照组为单纯口服强骨胶囊。两组治疗均为3个月一个疗程。结果两组患者经过治疗后,对照组有效率为83.33%;治疗组有效率为96.4%,两组有效率比较差异具有统计学意义。与治疗前比较,两组患者治疗后BGP、BMD、VAS评分、ODI评分差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05),与对照组相比,治疗组BGP、BMD高于对照组,治疗组VAS评分、ODI评分低于对照组,两组患者差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论强骨胶囊配合运动疗法在治疗原发性骨质疏松症患者中,可缓解疼痛症状,增加骨密度,改善患者生活质量,降低骨质疏松的并发症,是一种经济、安全、有效、可靠的治疗方案。
Objective To observe the clinical effect of strong bone capsule on the treatment of primary osteoporosis. Methods Using a randomized controlled study method,110 patients with primary osteoporosis in Zhengzhou Orthopedic Hospital from March2015 to September 2016 were selected,including 56 cases in treatment group and 54 cases in control group. Patients in the treatment group received oral strong bone capsule daily,with a brisk walking exercise of 30 minutes plus small-bird-flying position(1 kg sandbags on bone ankles) for 10 minutes,4 times per week. Patients in control group received oral capsule only. The treatment lasted for 3 months in both groups. Results After the treatment,the effective rate was 83. 33% in control group and 96. 4% in treatment group,and the difference between the two groups was statistically significant. Compared with before treatment,the differences of BGP,BMD,VAS score,and ODI score in two groups were statistically significant(P〈0. 05). BGP and BMD were higher,but VAS score and ODI score were lower in the treatment group than those in the control group(P〈0. 05). Conclusion Strong bone capsule with exercise therapy alleviates symptoms of pain,increases bone density,improves patient quality of life,and reduces the complication of osteoporosis in the treatment of patients with primary osteoporosis. It is a kind of economical,safe,effective,and reliable treatment strategy.
