摘要
文章综述了护理安全文化的概念、影响因素、测评工具及研究方向,分析目前护理安全文化研究中存在的不足,为我国护理安全文化的研究提供参考。
This paper reviewed and summarized the concept of nursing safety culture, its influence factors, assessment tools and research directions, and put forward deficiencies of those researches about nursing safety, in order to provide reference for researches aboutnursing safety culture in China.
