31例门诊患者跌倒事件原因分析及防范管理

Cause analysis of falls in 31 outpatients and its prevention management

回顾性分析2013年1月至2017年6月期间我院发生的31例门诊患者跌倒事件,发现造成门诊患者跌倒的原因包括患者自身因素、环境因素、管理因素等。通过从跌倒风险评估着手,对高风险患者进行有效信息传递,同时加强环境管理,鼓励全员参与跌倒预防,以期有效预防和减少门诊患者跌倒不良事件的发生。

Totally 31 cases of outpatient fall in our hospital from January 2013 to June 2017 were retrospectively analyzed. Causes of outpatient falls included patient factors, environmental factors, and management factors. With fall risk assessment, effective management of high-risk patients, strengthening of environmental management, as well as encouraging full participation in the fall prevention, outpatient fall could be effectively prevented and reduced.
