护理质量评价指标是评价临床护理工作的工具,也是进行护理质量管理的重要手段。本研究应用护理敏感质量指标进行ICU护理工作质量的评价,并对收集的数据进行实时的动态分析,针对存在的护理问题进行持续改进。

Nursing quality evaluation index is a tool to evaluate the clinical nursing work, but also an important means of delivering nursing quality management. In this paper, nursing care quality indicators were used to evaluate the quality of nursing work. The collected data were real time dynamically analyzed and the existing nursing problems were continuously improved using the nursing tools.
