摘要
针对城市型变电站设计在优化创新布置、节约用地上的要求,对110kV及220kV气体绝缘全封闭组合电器(GIS)配电装置室的优化布置进行了研究。通过对多个GIS厂家的产品进行调研分析,分别从GIS本体尺寸、运输通道尺寸、试验净高要求、巡视及检修通道尺寸、吊装尺寸、GIS扩建预留通道尺寸等方面进行了分析,找出了影响房间尺寸关键的限制条件。同时结合相关规程规范要求,对GIS配电装置室的尺寸进行了优化,考虑远景GIS设备的检修和维护需要,找出了合理的GIS布置方案,在GIS室层高、运输通道尺寸上给出建议值。
In view of the urban substation design demand for the layout innovation optimization and economical use of land, this paper focuses the optimal layout of the 110 kV and 220 kV G1S distribution equipment room. It researched the products of a number of GIS manufacturers, including the GIS equipment size, transport channel size, test net height requirements, inspection and repairment channel size, hoisting size, GIS expan- sion reserved channel size and so on, in order to find the key constraints affecting the room size. Then consid- ering the related specification requirements, the size of GIS distribution equipment room was optimized; ac- cording to the prospective needs of GIS equipment repair and maintenance, the reasonable layout of GIS was designed, and the GIS room height and transport channel size were recommended.
