摘要
项目后评价是项目整个周期中一个不可缺少的环节,是项目决策管理的一种重要手段。配电站项目有其特殊性,如何更加方便有效地对配电站项目进行后评价显得格外重要,首次将熵权法的集对分析模型引入到了配电站项目后评价实践中,同时提供了具体操作的步骤并进行算例分析,同时与功效评分法和TOPSIS法这两种典型综合后评价方法计算结论进行了对比,验证了集对分析法在配电站项目后评价中的适用性。
Post-evaluation is an indispensable link in the whole project cycle, and an important means of project decision management. In view of the particularity of substation projects, it is especially important to make a convenient and effective post-evaluation. Therefore, this paper introduces the set pair analysis model of entro- py weight for the first time; at the same time provides the concrete operation steps and calculation example a- nalysis, and compares with the two typical comprehensive post-evaluation methods: effectiveness scoring and TOPSIS method. This research has verified the applicability of the set pair analysis method in substation pro- ject post-evaluation.
