摘要
在我国售电侧放开改革纵深发展的背景下,提出了基于组合定价的电价套餐定价关键过程,基于用户选择权和用户价值,构建了基于当前价值、潜在价值和信用状况的电力用户细分指标体系,并从套餐标识维度、产品维度和价格维度界定了电价套餐信息模型。
Under the power sale side marketization reform in China, this paper presents the key process for power price package pricing based on portfolio pricing. According to the user's option and user value, the pow- er users segmentation indicators system is formulated based on current value, potential value and credit status. The information model of electricity price package is definedin terms of the identification dimension, product dimension and price dimension.
