摘要
某电厂海水淡化系统一级反渗透多级高压离心泵在首次启动试验过程中,出现泵振动值超标问题,威胁设备运行。对高压泵水平方向振动超标问题原因进行了分析,经诊断发现振动为强迫振动,主要从激振力和支撑动刚度两方面进行逐一消除。通过重新对中、增加入口管道支撑、虚角处理、泵水平度调整、基座焊接加强筋等一系列措施,最终使泵振动合格,并对出现类似问题的处理提供了很好的经验。
In the first start-up test of the primary RO multistage high pressure centrifugal pump in the seawater desali- nation system of a power plant, the pump vibration value exceeds the standard and the equipment operation is threat- ened. This paper analyzes the causes of the excessive vibration in the horizontal direction of high pressure pump, and the vibration is found to be forced vibration, which is mainly eliminated from the two aspects of excitation force and supporting dynamic stiffness. Eventually the pump vibration is adjusted to be qualified by various means, such as re- centering, increasing inlet pipe supports, processing virtual angles, adiusting pump level, reinforcing welding stiffen- er. This research can provide reference to handling similar problems.
