摘要 首先介绍了X射线无损探伤设备的工作原理,然后借助这种设备对耐张线夹进行了探伤,依据判定标准和标准探伤图谱,对探伤的典型缺陷进行了分析。通过分析,列出了一系列液压连接需要注意和防范的措施与建议,最后对液压连接施工工艺进行了建议总结。 This paper firstly introduces the working principle of X-ray nondestructive inspection equipment, and uses this equipment for the inspection of tension clamp. Then according to the judgement criteria and standard inspection map, the detected typical defects are analyzed. Through the analysis, a series of measures and pre- cautions for hydraulic connection are listed, and finally a summary is made on the construction technology of hydraulic connection.
