企业知识产权的一个重要指标,就是其发明专利的拥有量,它直接反映企业的技术发展水平,体现企业技术、经济实力和市场竞争力。结合国网上海市电力公司专利申请工作的实务,针对目前遇到的问题,分析了新形势下影响专利申请质量的因素,对如何提高专利申请质量进行了充分地探讨并提出了具体对策。

The quantity of invention patent ownership is an important index of enterprise intellectual property, which directly reflects the level of technological development of the enterprise, and the enterprise technology, economic strength and market competitiveness. Based on the practices and issues of patent application in Shanghai Municipal E- lectric Power Company, this paper analyzes the factors affecting the quality of patent applications in the new situation, and proposes concrete countermeasures about how to improve the quality of patent applications.
