补阳还五汤配合针灸治疗脑中风后遗症的临床观察

Clinical Observation on Buyang Huanwu Decoction Combined with Acupuncture in Treating Sequelae of Stroke

目的探究补阳还五汤配合针灸治疗脑中风后遗症的效果。方法选择我院于2016年1月—2017年8月所收治的脑中风后遗症患者共100例作为研究对象,将其随机分为常规组和中药+针灸组。常规组接受的是西医治疗的手段;中药+针灸组接受的是补阳还五汤配合针灸的手段。对2组患者脑中风后遗症临床治疗效果进行对比分析。结果中药+针灸组患者比常规组的治疗效果更佳(P<0.05)。结论补阳还五汤配合针灸在治疗脑中风后遗症中的治疗效果较为理想,能改善患者的生活活动能力,值得推广。

Objective To investigate the curative effect of Buyang Huanwu decoction combined with acupuncture in the treatment of sequelae of stroke. Methods A total of 100 patients with sequelae of stroke treated in our hospital from January 2016 to August2017 were selected and randomly divided into the conventional group and the traditional Chinese medicine combined with acupuncture group. The conventional group received Western medicine treatment, and the traditional Chinese medicine combined with acupuncture group received the method of Buyang Huanwu decoction combined with acupuncture. The clinical curative effect was analyzed. Results The curative effect of traditional Chinese medicine combined with acupuncture group was better than that of conventional group （P 〈 0. 05）. Conclusion Buyang Huanwu decoction combined with acupuncture is more effective in the treatment of sequelae of stroke. It can improve the activity of life and is worthy of promotion.
