基于病因病机谈肺痈的中医治法和用药特点

Traditional Chinese Medicine Treatment and Medication Characteristics of Lung Abscesss Based on Etiology and Pathogenesis

肺痈是中医内科学中常见的疾病,其病因病机复杂多变,诊疗特点颇具特色,历代医家均有自己的临证心得,立足于"热""痰""瘀"三个方面阐述肺痈的病因病机,从古籍及现代中医学家两个方面进行阐述,寻求线索;治法上谈及经典治法与现代中医学者的临证经验;关于肺痈的用药特点主要阐述组方原则及特色药物的选用。现从理法方药四个方面总结肺痈的诊疗路径,以飧读者。

Thelung abscesss is the common disease in traditional Chinese medicine, its pathogenesis is complicated and changeable, and it has the distinctive characteristics of diagnosis and treatment. Physicians have their own clinical experience. Based on the ＂heat＂, ＂phlegm＂ and ＂blood stasis＂, this article described the etiology and pathogenesis of pulmonary abscess, from two aspects of ancient and modern the physician described, clued about the treatment, on the classic of modern Chinese scholar＇ s clinical experience ; medication characteristics on pulmonary abscess mainly expounded the selection principle of composition and characteristics of drugs. The purpose of this paper is to summarize the diagnosis and treatment of lung abscess path from the four aspects of treatment for providing reference forthe reader.
