耳穴贴压治疗心肾不交型不寐40例临床观察

Clinical Observation on Auricular Application Pressure in the Treatment of Disharmony between Heart and Kidney Insomniafor 40 Cases

目的观察耳穴贴压治疗心肾不交型不寐的临床疗效。方法采用随机数字表法将80例心肾不交型不寐患者随机分为观察组和对照组,每组40例,2组均给予基础护理,观察组用王不留行籽耳穴贴贴压耳穴,对照组用去除王不留行籽的耳穴贴贴压与观察组相同的穴位;治疗4个疗程后,统计2组的临床疗效。结果观察组临床疗效明显优于对照组(P<0.01)。结论王不留行籽耳穴贴压治疗心肾不交型不寐能取得较好的临床疗效。

Objective To observe the clinical curative effect of auricular application pressure in the treatment of disharmony between heart and kidney insomnia. Methods Using the random number table method, 80 cases of disharmony between heart and kidney insomnia patients were randomly divided into observation group and control group, with 40 cases in each group. Two groups were given based nursing, the observation group was treated with cowherb seed auricular application pressure, and the control group was treated with auricular application pressure on the same point as the observation group. After 4 courses of treatment, the clinical efficacy of the two groups was calculated. Results The clinical effect of the observation group was better than that of control group（P 〈 0. 01 ）. Conclusion The auricular application pressure in the treatment of disharmony between heart and kidney insomnia can achieve better clinical effect.
