摘要
目的建立调脂降压丸中丹酚酸B的HPLC含量测定方法。方法采用Agilent SB-AQ(4.6 mm×250 mm,5μm),流动相:乙腈-甲醇-0.1%磷酸溶液梯度洗脱。结果丹酚酸B在0.0752~11.2800μg范围内线性关系良好(r=1.0000),平均加样回收率为99.19%,RSD=1.30%(n=6)。结论 HPLC法测定调脂降压丸中丹酚酸B的含量简便快速、结果准确,可较好的控制该制剂的质量。
Objective To establish a method for determination on content of Tiaozhi Jiangya pills of salvianolic acid B by HPLC. Methods Agilent SB-AQ （4. 6mm × 250mm, 5 mu m） was used as a mobile phase： gradient elution of acetonitrile-methanol -0. 1% phosphoric acid solution. Results The linear relationship of salvianolic acid B in the range of 0. 0752 - 11. 2800μg was good （ r = 1. 0000）, and the average recovery rate was 99. 19% , RSD = 1.30% （n = 6）. Conclusion This method is simple, rapid and accurate, and can be used to control the quality of the preparation.
