阿法骨化醇软胶囊联合独活寄生汤加减治疗骨质疏松症

Alfacalcidol Capsules Combined with Modified Duhuo Jisheng Decoction in the Treatment of Osteoporosis

目的分析阿法骨化醇软胶囊联合独活寄生汤加减治疗骨质疏松症。方法选取2017年4月—2018年6月期间于本院治疗的100例骨质疏松症患者为研究对象,按照随机数字法分为对照组与实验组,对照组采用阿法骨化醇软胶囊进行治疗,实验组在对照组的基础上联合独活寄生汤进行治疗,对2组患者治疗前后的疼痛程度、骨密度以及不良反应进行观察。结果经过治疗后,实验组的疼痛程度明显低于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);实验组的骨密度明显高于对照组,具有统计学意义(P<0.05);2组患者治疗前后均无不良反应发生,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论阿法骨化醇软胶囊联合独活寄生汤加减治疗骨质疏松症患者的临床效果显著,其疗效确切、安全性能高,值得临床推广应用。

Objective To analyze the curative effect of Alfacalcidol capsules combined with modified DuhuoJisheng decoction in the treatment of osteoporosis. Method 100 cases of patients with osteoporosis from April 2017 to June 2018 treated in our hospital were selected as the research objects, and they were randomly divided into eontro]group and experimental group. The control group was treated by Alfacalcidol capsules, and the experimental group was given Alfacalcidol capsules combined with modified DuhuoJisheng decoction. The degree of pain in two groups before and after treatment, bone mineral density and adverse reactions were observed. Results After treatment, the degree of pain in the experimental group was significantly lower than the control group, and there was statistical significance （P 〈 O. 05 ）. Bone density in the experimental group was significantly higher than that in the control group, and there was statistical significance （ P 〈 0. 05）. Before and after treatment, there showed no adverse reaction, and there had no statistical significance （ P 〉 0.05）. Conclusion Alfacalcidol capsules combined with modified DuhuoJisheng decoction in the treatment of osteoporosishas significantly clinical therapeutic effect and high safety performance, and it is worthy of clinical application.
