中西医结合治疗非创伤性股骨头坏死临床观察

Clinical Observation on Integrated Traditional Chinese and Western Medicine in the treatment of Non-traumatic Femoral Head Necrosis

目的讨论中西医结合治疗非创伤性股骨头坏死疗效分析。方法选取我院收治的非创伤性股骨头坏死的患者120例,根据治疗方法的不同分为对照组以及观察组,对照组采用西医的治疗方式,观察组在对照组的基础上采用中医综合疗法,对两组中的肝功能,血常规的变化,治疗的效果以及关节疼痛的评分进行比较。结果观察组的总有效率优于对照组,差别具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组的肝功能以及血常规的变化与对照组进行比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。观察组的关节疼痛评分小于对照组,差别具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论对非创伤性的股骨头坏死使用中西医结合治疗,可以有效提高治疗的效果,减少关节疼痛,具有重要的临床价值。

Objective To discuss the clinical curative effect of integrated traditional Chinese and Western medicine in the treatment of nontraumatic femoral head necrosis. Methods 120 cases of non-traumatic femoral head necrosis patients were selected. According to the different treatment methods, the control group and the observation group were selected. The control group was treated by Western medicine. The observation group adopted traditional Chinese medicine comprehensive therapy on the basis of the control group. The liver function, changes in blood, the effect of treatment and joint pain scores were compared. Results The total effective rate of the observation group was better than that of the control group, and the difference was statistically significant （ P 〈 0. 05 ）. There was no significant difference in the liver function and blood flow between the observation group and the control group （ P 〉 0.05 ）. The pain score of the observation group was smaller than that of the control group, and the difference was statistically significant （ P 〈 0.05 ）. Conclusion The integrated traditional Chinese and Western medicine in the treatment of non-traumatic femoral head necrosis can effectively improve the therapeutic effect and reduce the joint pain, and has important clinical value.
