茵陈蒿汤加减联合替吉奥治疗晚期胰腺癌患者的临床观察

Clinical Observation on Modified Yinchenhao Decoction Combined with Tegafur Gimeracil Oteracil Potassium Capsule in the Treatment of Advanced Pancreatic Cancer

目的观察茵陈蒿汤加减联合替吉奥治疗晚期胰腺癌癌患者的临床疗效。方法选取自2016年1月—2017年1月于我院收治晚期胰腺癌患者60例,采用信封法随机分为试验组和对照组,其中对照组30例,采用替吉奥胶囊口服,试验组30例,在对照组的基础上应用中药茵陈蒿汤口服,观察2组患者疗效及KPS评分。结果试验组患者的肿瘤稳定率及KPS评分均优于对照组,有统计学差异(P<0.05)。结论茵陈蒿汤加减联合替吉奥胶囊治疗晚期胰腺癌患者可以稳定患者肿瘤情况,值得广泛推广应用。

Objective To observe the clinical effect of modified Yinchenhao decoction combined with Tegafur Gimeracil Oteracil Potassium capsule in the treatment of advanced pancreatic cancer. Method From January 2016 to January 2017, 60 cases of advanced pancreatic cancer patients in our hospital were selected, and were randomly divided into experimental group and control group using the envelope method. 30 cases in the control group received Tegafur Gimeracil Oteracil Potassium S-I capsule, and 30 cases in the experiment group used Yinchenhao decoction on the basis of the control group. The curative effect and KPS score were observed. Results The tumor stability and KPS score in the experimental group were better than those in the control group, and there had statistical difference （ P 〈 0.05 ）. Conclusion Yinchenbao decoction combined with S-1 capsule in the treatment of advanced pancreatic cancer patients can stabilize the tumor patients, and is worthy of application and promotion.
