老年社区获得性肺炎患者中医辨证护理的体会

Experience of Traditional Chinese Medicine Syndrome Differentiation Nursing Care in Elderly Patients with Community Acquired Pneumonia

目的观察重症病房中对老年社区获得性肺炎应用中医辨证护理的临床效果。方法选取自2016年1月—2017年1月大连市中医医院重症病房收治老年社区获得性肺炎的患者60例,采用随机分组法分为试验组和对照组,对照组30例,采用常规护理方法,试验组30例,在对照组基础上中医辨证施护的方法,应用SF-36生存质量量表观察患者生存质量。结果试验组优于对照组,有统计学差异(P<0.05)。结论中医辨证施护可以明显提高老年社区获得性肺炎患者生存质量。

Objective To observe the clinical effect of traditional Chinese medicine syndrome differentiation nursing care in elderly patients with community acquired pneumonia in ICU. Methods From January 2016 to January 2017 in ICU of Dalian City Hospital of traditional Chinese medicine elderly patients, 60 eases of community-acquired pneumonia patients were divided into experimental group and control group randomly. 30 cases in the control group received routine nursing care, and the experimental group of 30 patients received traditional Chinese medicine syndrome differentiation nursing care on the basis of the control group. The SF-36 was used to observe the survival quality of life of patients. Results The experimental group was better than the control group, and there was statistical difference （P 〈 0.05）. Conclusion Traditional Chinese medicine syndrome differentiation nursing care can significantly improve the quality of life of elderly patients with community acquired pneumonia.
