摘要
建立了快速测定药物及生物样品中奥扎格雷钠的共振瑞利散射(RRS)法。在弱碱性Tris-盐酸缓冲介质中,奥扎格雷钠与维多利亚蓝B反应生成离子缔合物,使共振瑞利散射信号显著增强,最大共振瑞利散射峰位于355 nm,在此处,奥扎格雷钠的质量浓度在0.002~0.4 mg/L范围内与共振瑞利散射增强程度△I_(RRS)呈线性关系,检出限为0.0018 mg/L。方法用于市售奥扎格雷钠药物、血液及尿样中奥扎格雷钠的测定,加标回收率为98.0%~102%,相对标准偏差为1.3%~1.8%。
A novel and fast resonance Rayleigh scattering(RRS) method for the determination of ozagrel sodium in the drug and biological samples has been established.Ozagrel sodium reacted with victoria blue B in an alkalescent Tris-Hydrochloric acid buffer medium to form a blue ionic association complexes,which lead to a distinctly enhanced resonance Rayleigh scattering signal.The maximum resonance Rayleigh scattering peak was located at 355 nm.In this wavelength,the RRS enhanced intensity(△IRRS) was directly proportional to the mass concentration of ozagrel sodium in the range of 0.002 - 0.4 mg/L with the detection limit of 0.0018 mg/L.The method was simple,rapid,accurate and highly sensitive for the determination of ozagrel sodium,which can be applied to determine the content of ozagrel sodium in commercially available ozagrel sodium medicament,human blood and urine,with spiked recoveries and RSD(n = 6) in the ranges of 98.0% - 102% and 1.3% - 1.8%,respectively.
