厚规格钢板蛇形轧制时特征角关系式的理论研究 被引量:1

摘要 蛇形轧制作为一种新型的轧制方式,在咬入角和中性角方面的研究甚少,为了实现厚规格钢板的蛇形轧制过程,需针对以上问题进行研究。根据轧制理论及蛇形轧制变形区的特点建立了同径异速蛇形轧制和同速异径蛇形轧制压下量计算模型、咬入角计算模型以及咬入角与中性角的关系式。该关系式对于蛇形轧制过程中中性点的计算提供了一种精度修正方法,该方法对于后续轧制力和轧制力矩的计算具有一定意义。 Snake rolling as a new type of rolling has little research on the bite angle and neutral angle. In order to realize the snake rolling process of thick steel plate,it is necessary to study the above problems. According to the rolling theory and the characteristics of snake rolling deformation zone,the calculation model of the same diameter different speed snake rolling,the different diameter same speed snake rolling and the bite angle are established. At the same time,the relation between the bite angle and the neutral angle is given. The relation provides a correction method for the calculation of neutral point in the process of snake rolling. This method has some significance for the calculation of the following rolling force and rolling moment.
