摘要
对超高压水除鳞箱研发中的入口夹送辊进行研究,根据除鳞工艺要求并结合实际生产需求,提出夹送辊力能参数的计算方法,并对电机功率做出选择;采用三维软件建立机架的有限元计算模型,分析了机架的应力场、位移场以及机架的刚度和安全系数。按照设计标准对计算结果进行检验,为机架设计及优化提供依据。
The calculation method of mechanical parameters of pinch roller was proposed and motor power was made a choice based on the requirements of descaling process and the actual needs of production in the ultra-high pressure water descaler. The stress field,displacement field,stiffness and safety factor of the frame were analyzed by three-dimensional software to build the finite element analysis model. The calculating results are compared with the design standards,which can provide a basis for the design and optimization of the frame.
