摘要
根据锻造操作机钳杆机构液压系统的特点,研究了钳杆机构旋转液压系统中位置闭环控制与流量补偿位置闭环控制的节能特性,分析了系统参数对钳杆转角响应带来的影响。研究结果表明无论是在马达的加速还是减速阶段,流量反馈位置控制系统的能量利用率都明显高于位置反馈控制系统,研究结果为锻造操作机液压系统的节能设计提供了基础,具有实践应用意义。
The forceps rod rotating hydraulic system of the closed loop control with flow compensation position closed-loop control of energy-saving features was studied,the system parameters on the effects of clamp lever angle response also studied in this paper according to the characteristics of the hydraulic system of forging manipulator clamp bar linkage. The results show that both in motor acceleration and deceleration phase,flow rate feedback position control system of energy utilization efficiency were significantly higher than the position feedback control system,the results for the energy-saving design of hydraulic system of forging manipulator provides the foundation,has practical application significance.
