摘要
通过分析梅钢1422mm热轧产线轧制润滑系统存在的问题,从喷射方案、流量选择、水切改造等方面入手,采用当前先进的系统配置和控制模式,结合生产实际情况,提出针对性的改造措施并实施,达到解决生产工艺问题的目的。
By analying on the problm of lubrication system of Meishan Steel 1422 mm hot rolling line,starting from the jet selection,flow scheme,water cutting equipment,using the update system configuration and control mode,combined with the actual produre situation,and giving the optimized PI diagram to solve the problem of the process.
