摘要 沉降槽是氧化铝生产过程中的重要设备,可靠、合理的结构对设备的安全使用是基本的要求,结构的稳定性是设备安全运行的重要保证,失稳破坏是必须通过计算加以避免的.本文在对深锥沉降槽强度分析的基础上,介绍了结构失稳分析的基本理论,并通过解析方法对深锥沉降槽的支撑立柱进行稳定性校核,以及如何利用有限元通用软件ANSYS实现深锥沉降槽支撑立柱的强度校核及失稳分析。 The settler is important equipment in the process of alumina production. The reliable and reasonable structure is the basic requirement for the safe use of the equipment,and the stability of the structure is an important guarantee for the safe operation of the equipment. The failure damage must be avoided by calculation. Based on the analysis of the strength of deep-cone settler,the basic theory of structural instability analysis is introduced,and the stability of the support column of deep-cone settler is verified by analytical method,and it is also introduced how to use finite element software ANSYS to perform the strength verifying and instability analysis of support column of deep-cone settler.
