摘要
介绍了废铝再生的熔炼工艺过程关键技术环节现状;同时阐明了我国再生铝工艺发展特点及其存在的技术问题,研究分析了当前企业主要开展的再生铝净化提质技术、生产过程两化融合、生产工艺大数据技术,指出了可供再生铝行业克服当前问题的技术发展方向。
In this paper,the status of key technologies in melting process of aluminum scrap recycling was introduced,as well as characteristics and existing problems of melting process of recycled aluminum in China. And technologies mainly conducted by enterprise were studied and analyzed,including melt purification and enhancing the quality of recycled aluminum,integration of information and industrialization in the production process and processing based on big data,pointing out direction of technical development of recycled aluminum industry for overcoming current problems.
