回转冷砂机一维传热模型及换热系数公式研究

摘要 介绍回转式冷砂机的基本结构与工作原理。分析回转式冷却器换热原理及传热过程。建立起回转式冷砂机的一维传热模型,分析回转式冷砂机各参数对设备综合换热系数的影响。采用量纲分析法,推导出回转式冷砂机综合换热系数的关联公式。利用回转冷砂机工业试验数据确定了模型内各相关参数。 The paper explains the basic structure and working principle of rotary sand coolers. A one-dimensional heat transfer model for rotary sand coolers was established based on the study of the heat exchange principle and heat transfer process of rotary coolers to analyze the effect of the technical data of rotary sand coolers in the heat transfer coefficient.Dimensional analysis is used to deduct the correlation formular of the heat transfer coefficient of rotary sand coolers. The related parameters in the model are determined with the industrial test data of rotary sand coolers.
