摘要
根据锚机滚筒轴磨损情况,提出镶套修复工艺方案。通过对左、右锚机滚筒轴的加工和滚筒布司及链轮布司换新加工,解决了锚机滚筒轴的修理问题。
In consideration of the wear-down amount on the windless drum shaft, the left and right drum shafts were machined on the lathe and the bushes on the drums and sprockets were changed and machined. With this method, the drum shafts were repaired successfully.
