核电压力容器水压试验远程遥测系统

摘要 为使测试人员能在与核电压力容器保持一定安全距离下完成水压试验,同时改进试验中手抄记录数据及试验后人工将数据录入电脑的低效方式,开发出一套远程遥测系统。根据通信总线及硬件指标进行设备选型。依据各测试设备通信接口管脚定义制作通信线缆。基于TCP/IP、RS-232C及GigE Vision协议编写遥测程序。程序数据采集功能被划分为应变数据采集仪TDS-530、TDS-303、倾角仪及工业相机四大模块,且具备数据自动记录等功能。以某两台反应堆压力容器为例,描述使用有线或无线通信方式的遥测系统在水压试验过程中的应用情况。 A remote measurement system has been developed to allow test personnel to carry out hydraulic test at a safe distance from the reactor pressure vessel and also to replace the inefficient methods of manual test data recording and inputting into computers. Selected equipment types depend on communication bus and hardware parameters. Communication cables are made as per the definition of communication interface pins. The remote measurement program is made based on TCP/IP, RS-232 C and Gig E vision protocols. The data collection function consists of four modules: strain data acquisition TDS-530, TDS-303, inclinometer and industrial camera. It also can fulfill with automatic data recording and other functions. Two reactor pressure vessels are taken for example to describe how the remote measurement system with wire or wireless communication works during the hydraulic test.
