摘要
WC27—108型普通弯管机的芯棒由一套手动装置来进行调节,由于管子受挤压后内径变小,在弯管结束后,存在芯棒被夹在管内难以退出的问题。为此,将芯棒的调节机构改为由液压系统控制,最终该问题得到解决。
The mandrel of WC27-108 Tube Bending Machines is adjusted with a set of manual tool and often stuck in the tube after bending because the inside diameter of the bent tube becomes smaller. In order to solve this problem, the mandrel is adjusted by a hydraulic system in lieu of the manual adjusting tool.
