退火工艺对Fe_(91.63)B_(1.27)Si_(7.09)非晶带材软磁性能的影响

摘要 针对采用单辊甩带法制备的Fe_(91.63)B_(1.27)Si_(7.09)非晶合金带材,在不同温度下进行退火处理,利用X射线衍射仪(XRD)、热分析仪(DTA)、振动样品磁力计(SEM)、差示扫描量热法(DSC)对退火后的非晶特性及其软磁性能进行研究。结果表明:Fe_(91.63)B_(1.27)Si_(7.09)非晶带材具有很好的软磁性能,其饱和磁化强度可以达到74.37 k A/m,矫顽力达到12.04 A/m,带材样品在495.17℃开始晶化,剩余磁化强度Mr、矫顽力Hc增大;当温度升高到717.67℃时,非晶带材完全晶化,剩余磁化强度Mr、矫顽力Hc数倍于非晶态带材。XRD实验结果表明,退火温度达到700℃时,合金中出现Si4Cu15析出相。 For the Fe91.63B1.27Si7.09 amorphous alloy strip made by melt spinning method, the annealing was performed at different temperatures, then the amorphous characteristics and soft magnetic properties were investigated by XRD, DTA, SEM and DSC. The results indicate that the soft magnetic properties of Fe91.63B1.27Si7.09 amorphous alloy strip are excellent, the saturation magnetization and the coercive force are 74.37 kA/m and 12.04 A/m, respectively. However, when the annealing temperature is at 495.17 ℃, the residual magnetization (Mr) and coercive force (He)increase significantly. When the annealing temperature is 717.67 ℃, the amorphous alloy strip is completely crystallized. As a result, the values of residual magnetization (M,) and coercive force(H,) are several times higher than those of the amorphous alloy strip. The results of XRD indicate that Si4Cu15phase is observed when the annealing temperature reaches 700 ℃.
