AlMgB_(14)-30%TiB_2复合材料与Mo的同步扩散连接

摘要 采用FAPAS法实现AlMgB_(14)-30%TiB_2复合材料的合成,并将其与金属Mo进行扩散连接。用剪切试验和热震试验测试和表征连接件的强度,用扫描电镜(SEM)观察剪切断口和热震前后截面的形貌。结果表明:FAPAS法能够同步实现复合材料的制备及其与金属Mo的扩散连接,形成的复合构件扩散层宽度为150μm;连接接头的剪切强度为21 MPa,断裂区域为复合材料与扩散层的连接区域。 FAPAS technique was used to prepare the AlMgB14-30%TiB2 composite,and diffusion bonding of AlMgB14-30%TiB2 composite and Mo was carried out. The shear strength and thermal shock resistance were tested in order to evaluate the joint strength of the interface. The shear fracture morphologies were analyzed by SEM. The results show that the thickness of diffusion layer is about 150 μm. The results of shear and thermal shock test show that the shear strength of the joint is about 21 MPa,and the fracture area is the connection area between the composite material and the diffusion layer.
