摘要
本文通过调查及分析悬臂连续梁0号段支座处空鼓等混凝土质量通病产生的原因,详细描述了多孔振捣施工技术的工艺原理、工艺流程、操作要点并通过京沈客专京冀段潮白河特大桥跨潮河总干渠(48+80+48)m悬臂连续梁0号段工程的实际应用效果检验,证明该工艺对解决悬臂连续梁0号段常见的一些质量通病具有良好的效果。
In this paper, through the investigation and analysis on the reasons for the common defects of concrete quality such as hollowing of the cantilever continuous beam at No. 0 segment support, the principle, process flow and operation essentials of the porous vibrating construction technology are described in detail. Based on the practical application results in No. 0 of cantilever continuous beam with (48 + 80 + 48 )m of Ch' ao-pai River Super-large Bridge crossing Chaohe River in Beijing-Hebei section of Beijing-Shenyang Passenger Dedicated Line, it proves that this process has good effects on solving some common failings of cantilever continuous beam in section 0.
