摘要
针对浙江省内衢宁铁路跨越龙丽温高速公路特大桥,为0#块和边跨现浇段的施工设计了托架。为了方便加工,采用了相同结构的托架主体结构,并按照最不利的0#块进行了荷载分析,充分考虑托架与墩的连接刚度,并且通过合理简化,建立了托架结构的整体模型,并进行了设计计算。计算结果表明托架的强度和刚度均满足设计要求。实际施工中测量表明实测最大位移与计算结果吻合,这表明整体模型准确可靠,能够反映托架实际的受力状态。
In light of the super major bridge crossing Long-Li-Wen Highway for Quzhou-Ningde Railway in Zhejiang province, the bracket is designed for the construction of 0# block and side span cast-in-place sections. For the convenience of processing, the same structure of main structure of brackets is adopted and the brackets are arranged according to the most unfavorable 0# block load analysis. Taking into account of the connection stiffness between the bracket and the pier, and through a reasonable simplification, the overall model of the bracket structure is established, and the design and calculation are carried out. The calculation results show that the strength and rigidity of'the bracket meet the design requirements. The actual construction measurements show that the measured maximum displacement and the calculated results are consistent, which shows that the overall model is accurate and reliable, also it can reflect the actual force state of the bracket.
