The inaugural meeting of the first SAC Committee on consumer policy was held in Beijing on October 17,as part of the celebrations for World Standards Day 2017.ISO President Zhang Xiaogang,AQSIQ Vice Minister Chen Gang and SAC Administrator Tian Shihong addressed the meeting.The committee is aimed at encouraging consumers to participate in standardization activities and promoting the development of international standards and regulations in consumption areas,according to Tian Shihong.
