摘要 随着制造业与服务业的不断融合,服务在制造业中发挥着越来越重要的作用。为了辅助设计者在产品设计过程中实现产品的可服务性,提出一种面向服务型制造的产品设计信息集成方法。为实现产品设计信息的集成,首先分析了产品全生命周期中制造与服务之间的关系,提出了制造与服务的融合模式,并以服务型检核表的形式引导设计者进行产品可服务性创新设计。分析了服务型制造各阶段中信息的流动和映射模式,提出了以决策模块、设计模块、制造模块、运行维护模块和回收模块5大模块为驱动的服务型制造信息集成策略,构建了服务型制造信息框架结构。在此基础上,为合理组织产品设计、制造、服务等信息资源并有效支持服务和制造过程,提出了一种基于模块驱动的服务型制造信息集成模型。考虑到产品设计各阶段所需的信息资源需要经过收集、组织、匹配等过程才能为设计者所用,采用本体语义扩展对服务策略和服务知识进行规范表达,以最终实现信息服务。该方法以驱动模块将产品全生命周期中各阶段所需的信息与业务流程建立起联系,用于对服务型制造所需信息资源的追踪和运用。最后,开发了服务型制造产品设计信息集成原型系统,并以废旧印刷电路板的回收作为案例,验证了该方法的可行性和有效性。 With the continuous integration of manufacturing and service industries,service plays an increasingly important role in the manufactur- ing industry.In order to assist designers to achieve product serviceability in the product design process,an information integration method of product design for service-embedded manufacturing was proposed.In order to realize the integration of product design information in the whole life cycle of product,the relationship between manufacturing and service was analyzed firstly,and the integration model for manufacturing and ser- vice was proposed.Then the service check list was used to guide designers to focus on the innovation design for product serviceability.The flow and mapping model of information in each stage of service-embedded manufacturing was analyzed,a strategy of information integration was put forward,which consists of five modules of decision-making module,design module,manufacturing module,operation and maintenance module,and recovery module,and the information framework structure of service-embedded manufacturing was constructed.On this basis,an information integ- ration model based on module-driven for service-embedded manufacturing was proposed to organize information resources of design, manufacture,service etc.and support services and manufacturing effectively.Due to the information resources required in each stage of product design need to be collected,organized and matched so as to be used by designers,the ontology semantic extension could be used to standardize the service strategy and service knowledge to realize the information service.In the whole life cycle of product design,the driving module could link up the required information with business process to help enterprises to track and apply the required information resources for service-embedded manufacturing.Finally,a prototype system of product design information integration was developed,and the recycling of waste printed circuit boards was used to illustrate the practicability and validity of the proposed method.
