摘要
随着生物信息学的快速发展,SEER、TCGA、ONCOMINE等数据库的诞生,预示着生物大数据的时代来临,传统的循证医学研究逐渐向大数据时代的精准医学转变。本文将对基因组学、转录组学、蛋白质组学、流行病学等生物信息数据库在肝脏外科研究领域的作用作简要概述,旨在为以后的肝脏外科实验研究提供新的思路。
With the rapid development of bioinformatics, the establishment of databases such as SEER, TCGA and ONCOMINE indicates the coming of the era of big data. The traditional evidence-based medicine research is gradually changing to the precision medicine in the era of big data. In this paper, we will briefly review the functions of genomics, transcriptome, proteomics, epidemiology and other bioinformatics databases in the field of hepatic surgery experimental study, aiming to provide new ideas for future research on hepatic surgery.
