脑胶质瘤组织中趋化因子7的表达及其与病理、磁共振成像瘤周水肿的关系 被引量:8

Relationship among the expression of chemokine ligand 7, pathological grading and peritumoral edema on magnetic resonance imaging in glioma

摘要 目的观察胶质瘤中趋化因子7(CCL7)的表达,探讨CCL7的表达与胶质瘤病理级别及磁共振成像(MRI)瘤周水肿的关系。方法通过Western blot检测正常脑组织、低级别胶质瘤组及高级别胶质瘤组肿瘤组织中CCL7的表达,分析CCL7的表达强度与病理级别的关系;对比临床病理报告和影像学MRI瘤周水肿程度,分析胶质瘤病理分级和MRI瘤周水肿程度的关系;通过Spearman等级相关分析验证CCL7在胶质瘤组织中的表达强度与MRI瘤周水肿程度之间的相关性。结果通过Western blot实验发现,胶质瘤组织中CCL7高表达,且高级别组("-"者0例,"+"者4例,"++"者9例,"+++"者16例)CCL7的表达强度明显高于低级别组("-"者3例,"+"者13例,"++"者6例,"+++"者0例)(P=0.027);通过查阅临床病理报告及影像学资料研究,可见高级别组(0级者0例,1级者4例,2级者9例,3级者16例)比低级别组(0级者5例,1级者13例,2级者3例,3级者1例)MRI瘤周水肿程度更为明显(P=0.019);通过Spearman等级相关分析,CCL7的表达强度与胶质瘤MRI瘤周水肿程度呈正相关(r=0.940,P=0.031)。结论胶质瘤中CCL7的表达及MRI瘤周水肿程度与其病理级别密切相关,胶质瘤恶性程度越高,CCL7的表达越强,MRI瘤周水肿越明显;且CCL7的表达强度与MRI瘤周水肿程度呈正相关。 Objective To investigate the relationship among the expression of chemokine ligand 7 (CCL7), pathological grading and degree of peritumoral edema on magnetic resonance imaging (MRI) in gliomas.Methods The expression of CCL7 in the normal brain tissues and the human glioma tissues was detected by Western blotting. The relationship between the expression of CCL7 and pathological grading, between degree of peritumoral edema on MRI and the pathological grading of the gliomas, and between the expression of CCL7 and the degree of peritumoral edema on MRI in the gliomas was analyzed.Results The CCL7 protein expression was detected in the normal brain tissues and the human glioma tissues, and the CCL7 protein expression level in the high rank ( 0 cases of "-" , 4 cases of "+ " , 9 cases of "+ + " , and 16 cases of "+ + + " ) was higher than the low rank (3 cases of "-" , 13 cases of "+ " , 6 cases of "+ + " , and 0 cases of "+ + + " ) (P=0.027). The degree of peritumoral edema on MRI in the gliomas in the high rank ( 0 cases of grade 0, 4 cases of grade 1, 9 cases of grade 2, and 16 cases of grade 3) was higher than that in the low rank (5 cases of grade 0, 13 cases of grade 1, 3 cases of grade 2, and 1 case of grade 3) (P=0.019). Spearman correlation analysis showed that the expression of CCL7 was positively correlated with the degree of peritumoral edema on MRI in gliomas (r=0.940, P=0.031).Conclusion The expression of CCL7 and the degree of peritumoral edema on MRI increase with the rank of gliomas, and the expression of CCL7 and the degree of peritumoral edema on MRI were positively correlated in gliomas.
