长链非编码RNA对胰腺癌生长和转移调控机制的研究进展 被引量:9

Research progression in the regulatory role of long non-coding RNAs in growth and metastasis of pancreatic cancer

摘要 胰腺癌是最难治愈的恶性肿瘤之一。其发病隐匿、早期诊断困难、早期出现远处转移使得仅有少数患者有机会采取根治性手术切除,5年生存率不足5%。研究结果显示,长链非编码RNA(lncRNA)可以从多个层面调控细胞生物学行为,与胰腺癌进展和转移密切相关。我们对lncRNA对胰腺癌生长和转移中调控机制研究的最新进展进行总结,对lncRNA调控细胞周期、凋亡、自噬、上皮-间充质转化、肿瘤干细胞的机制等方面的最新研究成果进行总结。 Pancreatic cancer remains one of the most lethal malignancies worldwide. Most tumors are discovered late in the tumorigenic process with over 80% of patients ineligible for surgical resection, resulting in very low rates (〈5%) of five-year survival of pancreatic cancer patients. In the recent years, long non-coding RNAs (lncRNAs) have drawn great attention since they regulate almost all the aspects of cell biological behaviors, and regulate the progression and metastases of pancreatic cancer. Therefore, the present article aims to review latest advances in the underlying molecular mechanisms of lncRNAs in pancreatic cancer. In this review, we have discussed the regulatory roles of lncRNAs in cell cycle progression, apoptosis, autophagy and epithelial-mesenchymal-transition and cancer stem cells.
