不同苗龄牛樟叶绿素荧光差异性 被引量:1

Study of Chlorophyll Fluorescence Variations for Different Ages' Cinnamomum kanehirae Hay. Seedling

摘要 采用OS5p调制叶绿素荧光仪,对福建省龙海市九龙岭林场从台湾引种的不同苗龄的牛樟叶绿素荧光参数进行比较分析。结果表明:与1年生牛樟相比,3年生牛樟初始荧光(F_o)、最大荧光(F_m)、可变荧光(F_v)、最大荧光比率(F_v/F_m)、光合量子产量(Φ_(PSⅡ))、光化学猝灭系数(qP)及电子传送率(ETR)均显著升高(P<0.05),稳态荧光(Fs)、实际荧光(Fms)、非光化学猝灭系数(qN)及光能非光化学耗散(N)均显著降低(P<0.05)。与温室栽培相比,同龄露天栽培牛樟幼苗qN、D、ΦPSⅡ和ETR显著升高(P<0.05)。与本地香樟相比,同龄牛樟F_m、F_v、F_v/F_m及F_v/F_o显著升高(P<0.05),表明牛樟潜在最大光合能力较高,PSⅡ潜在活性较高,应对环境胁迫的能力也较强;而本地香樟对环境的适应性较强,实际光合量子产量也较高。叶绿素荧光参数间相关性分析结果表明,Fm与Fv(R^2=0.990),Φ_(PSⅡ)与ETR(R^2=0.996),P与ETR(R^2=0.923)及Φ_(PSⅡ)与P(R^2=0.935)之间具有极显著正相关关系;Φ_(PSⅡ)与D(R^2=0.993),ETR与D(R^2=0.999)之间具有极显著负相关关系。 As an "inner probe" , chlorophyll fluorescence (Cf) has been used for the studies of plants photosynthetic characteristics exploring. In this study, 1 - 3-years-old Cinnamomum kanehirae Hay. ( C. kanehirae Hay. ) were selected as experimental materials to discuss the variation of Cf under different environmental conditions. Under the same environmental conditions, Cfparameters were determined by OSSp chlorophyll fluorometer. The results showed that 3-year-old C. kanehirae Hay. performed a significant increase ( P 〈 0.05 ) in dark-adapted minimum fluorescence ( Fo ), dark-adapted maximum fluorescence ( Fm ), variable fluorescence ( Fv ) , the maximum potential quantum efficiency of photosystem Ⅱ (Fv/Fm ) ,photochemical efficiency (ФPSⅡ) ,photochemical quenching coefficient (qP) and apparent electron transfer rate (ETR) when compared with the 1-year-old C. kanehirae Hay. , and showed a - nificant decrease ( P 〈 0. 05 ) in steady-state Cf ( Fs ), light-adapted Cf ( Fms ) and non-photochemical quenching coefficient (qN) on the contrary. Compared with the C. kanehirae Hay. which cultivated in artificially controlled greenhouse, the 1-year-old C. kanehirae Hay. which cultivated outside field has a significant increase (P 〈 0. 05 ) for qP, D,ФPSⅡ and ETR, which indicate that appropriate environmental stress is a beneficial factor to the Pn improving and light energy efficiency promoting. At the same time,compared with the same age of C. camphora, the Fm, Fv, Fv/Fm and Fv/Fo of C. kanehirae Hay. were significantly increased. For C. kanehirae Hay. and C. camphora, there was significant linear correlation between Fm and FV (R^2 = 0. 990), and between ФPSⅡ and ETR ( R^2 = 0. 996 ), and between ETR and energy photochemical quenching (P) ( R^2 = 0. 923 ), and between ФPSⅡ and P ( R^2 = 0. 935 ). And there was significant negative linear correlation between ФPSⅡ and energy antenna heat dissipation (D) (R^2 = 0. 993 ), and between ETR and D (R^2 = 0. 999).
