阿立哌唑、氯氮平、利培酮对精神分裂症患者泌乳素及雌二醇的影响

Effects of Aripiprazole,Clozapine and Risperidone on Prolactin and Estradiol of Schizophrenic Patients

目的:比较阿立哌唑、氯氮平、利培酮三种抗精神病药物对精神分裂症患者泌乳素及雌二醇的影响。方法:收集本院精神分裂症患者120例,随机分为阿立哌唑组、氯氮平组、利培酮组,每组40例,治疗前及治疗后8周分别检测泌乳素及雌二醇水平。结果:3种药物治疗前泌乳素及雌二醇水平均无明显差异(P>0.05)。治疗8周后,利培酮组泌乳素水平明显升高(P<0.01),而雌二醇水平却显著降低(P<0.05);氯氮平组泌乳素和雌二醇水平无明显变化(P>0.05);阿立哌唑组泌乳素水平无明显变化(P>0.05),雌二醇水平则显著上升(P<0.05)。结论:利培酮治疗的患者容易出现泌乳素升高、雌二醇降低的现象;阿立哌唑会使雌二醇升高,但对泌乳素无明显影响;氯氮平对两者均无明显影响。

Objective： To evaluate the effects of aripiprazone clozapine and risperidone on prolactin（PRL） and estradiol（ E2 ） of schizophrenic patients. Methods： 120 schizophrenic patients were collected and divided into the risperidone group, clozapine group and aripiprazole group randomly, 40 cases in each group. Serum PRL level and E2 level were tested and measured before and after treatment for 8 weeks. Results： Before treatment, the PRL and E2 levels of the three groups had no significant differences （ P 〉 0. 05 ）. After receiving treatment for 8 weeks, serum PRL level increased significantly （P 〈0. 01 ）, and serum E2 level decreased significantly （P 〈0. 05） in risperidone group. There were no significant differences of serum PRL and E2 levels before and after treatment in clozapine group （P 〉 0. 05 ）. The PRL level had no significant difference（ P 〉 0. 05 ） before and after treatment, while the E2 level increased significantly （P 〈 0.05 ） in aripiprazone group. Conclusion ： Risperidone treatment can tend to increase serum PRL level and decrease E2 level of schizophrenic patients. Aripiprazone treatment induce a significant elevation of E2 level, while the PRL level has no significant difference before and after treatment. Clozapine has no significant effects on PRL and E2 levels of schizophrenic patients.
