历史唯物主义是关于人类社会发展一般规律的理论,是马克思主义哲学的重要组成部分。了解周恩来民族思想形成的背景,再基于历史唯物主义的角度通过对周恩来民族思想所运用的实事求是思想、人民群众思想和与时俱进思想进行论述,最后对其现代意义进行作阐述,在经济全球化、多种社会思潮不断交织中对坚定民族区域自治政策的信心具有极具重要的现实意义。

Historical materialism is a theory about the general law of human social development and is an important part of Marxist philosophy. This paper gives an account of Premier Zhou Enlai＇s idea about ethnic groups, and its basis of seeking truth from facts, people-centered ideas and evolutionary ideas as well as its modern significance, which has much significance to the enhancement of our confidence in the policy of regional ethnic autonomy in the economic globalization and various social trends.
