摘要
为了按照供电区选择合适的中压配电线路典型接线模式,从高压层、中压线路层、中压配变层、低压线路层4个层面分层次建立可靠性评估模型,分析各个层面对可靠性的影响,计算各个层面的用户平均停电时间。根据各类供电区的可靠性目标,由上至下分层次筛选适用于各类供电区域的接线方式。
In order to select the suitable medium voltage distribution line connection modes for different power supply areas, a reliability assessment model is established in high volt- age distribution network layer, medium voltage distribution line layer, medium voltage distribution transformer layer and low voltage line layer. This multi-layer model analyzes the impactx of different layers on the reliability, and calculates the average interruption hours of customers (AIHC) of each layer. According to the reliability demand of each power supply area, the corre- sponding suitable connection mode is screened from the first to the last layer by the multi-layer model.
