摘要 对某工厂污泥进行了理化性质的研究,包括污泥含水率、元素分析、重金属含量和pH值。结果表明该废水污泥含水率高达90%,并含有Cr、Ni、Zn等重金属,不适合堆肥和填埋等常规处理。在湿污泥性质测定的基础上对干污泥进行了成分分析,并制定了湿污泥干燥和干污泥焚烧的工艺路线。 A series of experiments including of water content, elemental analysis, leaching behavior of heavy metal and pH have been taken on the wastewater sludge of chemical plant. The results show that the moisture content of the sludge is almost 90%, and contains Cr, Ni, Zn and other heavy metals. It is not suitable for composting and landfill. Component of dried sludge was analyzed after the above experiments. The optimal disposal of the sludge is drying and incineration in combination, and the process was designed on the physical and chemical properties.
