改性生土泥浆最优配合比的试验及分析 被引量:4

摘要 通过正交试验研究改性泥浆的工程特性,分析草筋、水泥、生石灰、糯米对改性泥浆28 d抗压强度和劈裂抗拉试验强度的影响,并对试验结果进行极差、方差和因素指标分析。试验结果表明,对于28 d抗压强度的各因素影响顺序为:草筋A>糯米D>水泥B>生石灰C;28 d劈裂抗拉强度的因素影响顺序为:糯米D>草筋A>水泥B>生石灰C。综合分析各因素对改性泥浆砌块抗压强度、劈裂强度的影响,最终确定改性泥浆砌块的最优配合比为A3B3C2D2,即草筋0.25%,水泥20%,生石灰2.5%,糯米5%。 Orthogonal test was applied to study the engineering properties of modified mud, and the influence of grass, cement, lime and glutinous rice on the compressive strength splitting strength were analyzed, meanwhile, the test results were analyzed according to range analysis, variance analysis and factor index analysis. The test results showed that, the order of the influence factors on the 28 d compressive strength of modified mud is Grass A 〉 glutinous rice D 〉 Cement B 〉 Quick lime C, and "the order of the influence factors on the 28 d splitting strength of modified mud is glutinous rice D 〉 Grass A 〉 Cement B 〉 Quick lime C. The influence of various factors on the compressive strength and splitting strength of the modified mud block was analyzed, and the optimum mix proportion of the modified mud block was determined, that was grass 0.25%,cement 20%,quick lime 25%,glutinous rice 5%.
